| Descrição: | Main Skill • Agile/Scrum Methodology • Agile Facilitation & Coaching • Azure DevOps (ADO) • Backlog Management • Sprint & Release Planning • Stakeholder Management • Agile Metrics & Reporting • Risk & Dependency Management (RAID) Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, Agile Lead, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies. • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools. • Experience managing backlog, sprint planning, and team delivery. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience tracking team metrics, velocity, risks, and dependencies. • Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is a plus. Main Activities and Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement. • Work with Product Owners to support short and long-term deliverables and keep the backlog healthy, prioritized, refined, and ready for execution.• Track team progress, velocity, and delivery metrics. • Identify, manage, and help remove blockers and impediments. • Maintain and communicate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID). • Coordinate team activities and cross-team dependencies. • Support release planning and sprint execution. • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. • Participate and represent the teams in Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings, held once every quarter, and other equivalent Agile ceremonies. • Coach and guide the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. • Manage interdependencies between Facility Operations Agile teams, including Safety and Sustainability streams.
