| Descrição: | Main Skill Release Manager Required Qualifications - Proven senior-level experience as a Release Manager, preferably within Salesforce ecosystems supporting medium to large-scale organizations. - Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including: - Environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod) - Metadata types and dependencies - Platform governance limits and deployment impacts - Solid hands-on experience with Flosum for Salesforce version control, pipeline management, conflict resolution, and change auditing. - Practical experience with GitHub and Bitbucket, including: - Branching strategies (Gitflow, trunk-based development, release branches) - Pull requests, code reviews, and repository governance - Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, integrating Git repositories, Flosum, and automation tools. - Strong knowledge of Release Management, Change Management, and ITIL processes, including risk assessment, impact analysis, and rollback strategies. - Proven experience planning and managing complex Salesforce releases, involving multiple teams, integrations, and dependencies. - Experience working in governed and regulated environments, ensuring compliance, auditability, and traceability. - Ability to coordinate releases across global teams and multiple time zones. Main Activities and Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end Salesforce Release Management process, ensuring delivery predictability, platform stability, and high-quality releases. - Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce deployments using Flosum, GitHub, and Bitbucket as core toolsets. - Define, enforce, and continuously improve branching, versioning, and promotion strategies across Salesforce environments. - Manage and approve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance with technical standards and governance policies. - Coordinate release calendars, production deployments, cutovers, and hypercare periods, minimizing business risk and disruption. - Perform technical and functional impact analysis, ensuring dependency management and well-defined rollback plans. - Act as the central point of coordination between developers, administrators, QA, architects, and business stakeholders during release cycles. - Ensure adherence to Change Management processes, including documentation, approvals, and audit requirements. - Support and manage release-related incidents, including failure analysis, recovery actions, and post-mortem reviews. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and Release Management practices, improving lead time, quality, and reliability. - Produce and maintain technical and executive-level documentation, including release schedules, status reports, risks, and KPIs.
