| Descrição: | Standard Profile ADM-Application-Support-Analyst Main Skill 1- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. 2- Strong expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript/Node.js). 3- Knowlege on Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernets and ITIL process. 4- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly. 5- ServiceNOW Knowledge Required Qualifications .NET / Angular Main Activities and Responsibilities 1-Senior apps developers to work on Incident tickets and develop code changes needed to reduce the INC tickets backlog. 2-Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables. 3-Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and assist in skill development. 4-Drive process improvements, automation, and technical excellence across teams.
