Habilidades: | Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must Have 1. Bachelor's degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 3 years job experience in IT or process area(s); 2. Be able to understand complex business scenarios in scope; 3. Experience in planning, running, and managing business scenarios and integrations in the tests scope, test scripts with their variations and customer testers; 4. Ability to select appropriate tools available to develop and validate business cases and test sripts including lifetime cost; 5. Experience in elaboration of Presentations and flowcharts; 6. Ability to understand how to build and achieve agreement for business cases; 7. Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios; 8. Hands On Skill; 9. Both English and Spanish languages proficiency; 10. Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently; 11. Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills; 12. Demonstrate high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes; 13. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information; 14. Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed; 15. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities; 16. Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives; Good to Have • Basic knowledge in SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4Hana Projects (Implementation or Rollouts) or AMS support in any area; • Basic understanding SAP Best Practices and have basic knowledge in multiple modules their integrations & technology, Fiori interface, scenarios identification; • Experience in Tests coordination in any platform/technology; • Quick problem solving and analysis; • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline; • Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams. Engage key users, IT leaders, functional consultants, technical team and third party solutions providers across Latam region to detail business scenarios with all their variations, as well as build test scripts; • Develop testing workflows and lead the implementation of testing activities across Latam region acting as a change consultant for the client; • Analyze and direct the process to be executed in the system correctly (SAP x expert systems x developments); • Work with various customer team members across Latam region like consultants, technical team, test lead, business leads and IT leads to get the progress of the activities and report; • Shape and influence customer attitudes towards outcomes and key customer and business benefits; • Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues; • Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution; • Build a strong relationship with customers, creating respect and trust; • Get involved with customer scenarios, work with the customer to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them; • Trigger Functional consultants, Technical, Business and IT leads to solve issues detected during the Tests execution as needed; • Provide regular and accurate tests status updates and other tests progress documentation needed to management; |
