Habilidades: | In this role you will: Base São Paulo, híbrido 2x por semana (cliente e/ou TCS) ü Skills in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS (Cross modules). ü Ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice. In particular regarding: § Business analysis § Project management ü Deep analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations § Addressing the needs of the corporate strategy. § Understanding the specifics of technology. ü Project and resource management skills. ü Accounting for deadlines and use of given resources. ü Defining which solutions are beneficial and which are inefficient for a particular business need. ü Understanding how to achieve such solutions and goals according to their given timeframes and available resources. ü Excellent soft skills (Communication, Coordination and Negotiation) Desirable Skills: Desirable Technical background and experience in SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA (Cross modules). Desirable Spanish (B1) Key Responsabilities: Prospecting and qualifying deals/opportunities. ü Data and customer analysis. ü Preparing call scripts. ü Identifying and proposing solutions to customer pain points and architecture. ü Understand requirements and raise important questions to refine or elaborate proposal. ü Crafting a unique selling proposition. ü Elaborate effort loading to proposed solution. ü Managing deal qualifications and proposals. ü Participate in daily proposal meetings for Global and Local deals/opportunities. ü Elaborate & present technical solutions and proposals based on RFP, RFI and customer pain points/requirements. ü Participate and Conduct Rehearsal, defense and customer explanation of proposal. ü Support in Pre-sales and Sales activities by technical perspective. ü Support BRM (Customer relationship) and commercials part in technical knowledge. ü Elaborate reports of Key wins, Pipeline, Prospecting opportunities. ü Engage and lead activities, from the RFP/RFI receipt to final Submission, by technical perspective. |
