Habilidades: | Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must Have English Advanced / Fluent. Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related fields. Business analytical skills. Experience in pricing, IT projects and office tools (Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Cloud Computing, ADM Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, GenAI and Cyber Security. Good to Have Sales / Presales experience. Corporate relationship with customers and suppliers. Communicative, proactive, empathetic and innovative profile SN Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Engage with customer to showcase technical capabilities and address concerns • Responsible for bid management, technical presentations, engage onshore and offshore solution teams, write proposals (proactive and RFx). • Support Relationship Managers to bring opportunities, understand customers’ pains and needs, generating new business • Be the bridge between Customer, Solution Team and Delivery Team • Support Sales team to build pipelines according to TCS capability/strategy and market trends |
