Descrição: Must have:

• 'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, or KANBAN.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.

Good Have to skill:

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.
· PMI Agile Certified Practitioner; or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsabilities:

· Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
detailed business requirements for ServiceNow projects.
· Process Evaluation: Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow.
· Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions that meet business
needs and adhere to best practices.
· Configuration Support: Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements.
· Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate ServiceNow
functionalities to ensure they meet business and technical objectives.
· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow applications and features. · Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, configuration changes, and user guides. · Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. · Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow functionalities and process efficiencies.
