Descrição: | • 'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development across multiple modules. • Strong understanding of CMDB, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal • Familiarity with Now Assist and Customer Service Delivery (CSD). • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams • ServiceNow certifications are a plus Good Have to skill: '· Certified System Administrator (CSA) · Certified Application Developer (CAD) · Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, HRSD, or CSM · Now Assist Certification · Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – for senior-level candidates · Micro-Certifications – such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, or Performance Analytic; · Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business processes.
