Habilidades: | Main Skill Oracle CX Fusion Cloud Required Qualifications Senior Functional Consultant with main expertise in one or more modules below at Oracle CX Fusion Cloud: Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Customer Data Management Required to have at least 1 to 2 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle CX. Main Activities and Responsibilities Ability to support and implement Oracle CX Fusion Cloud Go-Live solving issues, proposing solutions, corrections through Oracle Standard Process, ability to correct/evaluate setups. Propose and design solutions using Oracle Unified Methodology (CAS-OUM) with comproved experience with this documentation. Ability to configure the CX Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. Assessing business requirements, evaluating possible solutions and them implementing and/or recommending solutions. Working closely with multi-functional teams such as finance, customer experience, supply chain, procurement, tax and legal, as well as vendors and external partners. Performing Proof of Concept exercises to test and evaluate competing design ideais and demonstrate functionality to business partners. Creating and maitaning standards, procedures and documentation related to areas of responsibility. May participate in system audits and perfom testing to attend project Milestones as UAT, ensuring that projects has the integrity and availability as required. Creating Sandbox/test environments for evalutation and testing of new changes/updates. Soft Skill (Personal characteristics) Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving. Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with Clients. Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships. Deep knowledge of Oracle CX customization/extension methodologies. Excellent functional setup skills using Oracle toolset. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written. Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Extreme focus on Client satisfaction. Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations. The ability to work remotely from a home based office in a virtual environment. English Level Basic Spanish level Basic |
