Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of Relevant Information Technology experience- Oracle Mfg and Supply Chain projects including support and development.
• Minimum of 2 Implementation experience as Supply Chain consultant and 1-2 Maintenance project.
• Functional skills across Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP modules of Oracle EBS R12.2+.
• Requirement Gathering, Business Requirement Document.
• Liaison with Other teams, Coordination with Offshore Teams for custom development.
• Client facing discussions. • Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design, Milestone Testing, Cutover, Conversions.
• Go Live and Production Support.
• Ensure Root cause analysis is done for recurring issues and work on implementing suggestions to fix such issues permanently.
Main Activities and Responsibilities Senior Consultant with Oracle ERP Implementation experience in Supply chain tracks like Order management, Purchasing and Manufacturing. This is a techno functional role and in this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your SCM / Manufacturing domain knowledge along with Oracle expertise across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design and Support. Knowledge of technical tables for Oracle EBS R12 ERP is highly desired. You will play an important role in solving day to day issues that Users of the system face therefore problem solving attitude and learnability is must. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty as well as Maintenance of the system, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Additional Information • 10+ years of experience in Implementing Oracle ERP across manufacturing customers
• Experience in Oracle Implementation including Development of Integrations, Custom Reports and Extensions.
• Worked on Oracle SCM turnkey projects across following areas would be plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
