| Habilidades: | Standard Profile CIS-SAP BASIS Main Skill SAP BASIS Required Qualifications Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and S4HANA solutions system, administration, Troubleshooting , Performance Improvement , install and Upgrades SP , Best Practices and Recommendations, sap notes application, Checklist. Experience in global SAP programs: new implementation, rollout and technical migration of S4HANA SAP technical knowledge (Architecture, Medodologies, Versions etc); Previous experience in LATAM Projects (e.g: Argentina, Paraguay, Panama, Columbia, Peru, Chile) Project management methodologies: Agile, waterfall, activate. Must Have – Hands on experience in a Large SAP customer with wide variety of SAP Landscapes. Worked on Troubleshooting Performance related and System Down Issues, Defect fix during Testing cycles, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare. Have good experience in Oracle DB/ HANA DB, Restore and Recovery process, System refreshes, Upgrading and Patching the Database, EHP upgrades & SAP Support pack upgrades, Kernel Upgrades, Oracle & Hana Client upgrades. HA Cluster Setup and Maintenance activity. Main Activities and Responsibilities Define and align with the IT and Business stakeholders the tools, processes, and deliverables of Basis for all phases of the program; Generate and present the necessary status report and KPIs to the management team; Will Be the single point of contact for all issues occurring in LATAM/ US time zones. Must be in a position to handle P-1 & P-2 issues independently and be also able to guide the team technically and also in process. Nice to Have skills in SAP BODS, SAP MDM, SAP HCI, SAP S4/HANA, Fiori, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP IS and SAP BTP.
