| Habilidades: | Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Good understanding of ISA95 layer & its functions 2. Experience with Industrial control system / Operational technology (PLC/SCADA/Historian / DCS/ MES etc ), 3. Experience with Assessment of OT system ( System , Integration , backup /DR plan ) gaps analysis and roadmap creation 4. Experience on various industrial control system protocols and integration 5. Experience in IT-OT network assessment, review of network solution as per IEC62443, understanding of CPWE guidelines 6. Working knowledge on OT security standards/guidelines like NIST, ISA99, NERC, IEC-62443 ,CPNI 7. Experience with OT Cyber Security to implement cyber defense/resiliency technique 8. Experience with Network devices is added advantage Good-to-Have 9. Certifications in PLC, SCADA , DCS, ISA95, MESA , 10. Experience in OT Cyber Security tools IDS/IPS (Asset e-discovery tools, OT security vulnerability and penetration testing tools), will be added advantage 11. Exposure on Industry 4.0 & IIoT SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 OT inventory discovery, IT OT Assessment, IT OT Network study , 2 Plant IT OT Network solution design & Review , Review low level solution design as per IEC62443 3 Impact analysis for network changes on OT system ,testing of OT system post network changes 4 OT security risk assessment , OT security technology deployment |
