| Habilidades: | Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Experience in OT security risk assessment, policy and process definition 2. Experience with Industrial control system / Operational technology (PLC/SCADA/Historian / DCS/ MES) 3. Experience with deploying & supporting security practices and technologies such firewalls, intrusion detection systems, security anomaly monitoring solution in OT landscape 4. Experience in IT-OT network security assessment, Network solution design, implement (Network architecture/ switches/ routers/ firewall tools, rule review firewalls/ DMZ/AD etc ) for manufacturing environments. 5. Experience with OT security tools like MS D4IOT, Armis, Claroty . Nozomi & Secure remote access solution 6. Working knowledge of Current OT security and safety regulation/standards/guidelines like NIST, ISA99, IEC-6244 Good-to-Have 1. Certifications in IEC62443. CCNA, CISA, CISM, GICSP, SN Responsibility, Deliverables of / Expectations from the Role 1 Execute risk assessment, threat analysis, prepare remediation plan and implementation at manufacturing facility 2 Responsible for OT security solution evaluation, design, testing and implementation as per IEC62443/ISA99 standard. Prepare documentation and support to internal & external assessment/audits and track the record 3 Responsible for review and implementation of firewall rule, Validation of network segmentation, Backup, remote support, incident management 4 Training on standard/approved security tools and process |
