Habilidades: Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation
5.2 (VCF) solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of large enterprises.
• Act as a subject matter expert in VCF 5.2, providing strategic advice and guidance
on cloud infrastructure, automation, and security best practices.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to assess their business requirements
and translate them into comprehensive VMware-based solutions that drive digital
transformation.
• Oversee and guide the technical architecture and design of cloud environments,
including compute, storage, network, and automation layers, ensuring alignment
with customer objectives.
• Work hands-on to implement VMware solutions across large-scale environments,
leveraging the full capabilities of VCF 5.2, VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and
vRealize Suite.
• Mentor junior consultants and architects, providing guidance on best practices and
ensuring the successful execution of complex VMware deployments.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver advanced technical workshops,
presentations, and strategic guidance to customers, internal teams, and sales
stakeholders.
• Work with project management teams to ensure that transformation projects are
delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing risks effectively.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including the creation of technical presentations,
solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects, in support of the sales
process.
Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2, including a deep
understanding of its architecture, deployment, and management components.
• Proven track record in implementing VCF 5.2 in large-scale enterprise
environments, with hands-on experience in multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud
implementations.
• Advanced understanding of VMware technologies, including VMware vSphere,
vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite, and automation tools such as vRealize Automation
(vRA) and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and multi-cloud strategies, including the
integration of VCF 5.2 with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to design and implement complex network, storage, and compute solutions
that align with business requirements.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client engagement skills, with the
ability to work with senior executives and technical teams alike.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing complex architectural
and technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical
concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX, with a focus on VCF 5.2 or
cloud architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment
(CI/CD) pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, and
their integration with VCF 5.2.
• Expertise in cloud migration and modernization strategies, including lift-and-shift,
re-platforming, and cloud-native transformations.

System Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitoring the performance of AvePoint
systems, ensuring they are running efficiently, and performing routine maintenance tasks
such as updates and patches.
Incident Management: Responding to and resolving incidents related to AvePoint solutions,
ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Create support ticket with AvePoint for
tickets that cannot be resolved internally and required support from AvePoint. Be
accountable for the incident and ensure the issue is resolved.
Service request management: Respond to and resolve end-user service requests related to
backup and archive services using AvePoint.
Change Management: Implementing changes and updates to AvePoint systems in a
controlled manner, following best practices to avoid any negative impact on the business.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, changes,
and procedures to ensure knowledge continuity and compliance.
Collaboration: Working closely with other Client´s teams and stakeholders to align
AvePoint solutions with business needs and to support broader IT initiatives.
Recommendation: Provide timely recommendations on potential use cases or capabilities
that the client should consider for optimal utilization of the product.
Performance Optimization: Analyzing system performance and making recommendations
for improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Compliance and Security: Ensuring that AvePoint solutions comply with the Client´s
organizational policies and industry regulations and implementing security measures to
protect data. Report in the event of any security related incidents
Training and Knowledge sharing: Provide technical training to L2 resource(s) and the
Client´s stakeholders as and when required. Create and manage training documentations.
